BarTender Software - Important Business Critical Update
With the launch earlier this year of Bartender 2019, Seagull Scientific have now fundamentally changed the way they will be supplying and supporting their software. Like many software companies they are moving towards an annual subscription model and away from the current “ad hoc” purchase model. In summary, to get the most out of your BarTender software investment we would strongly recommend you put in place an active Maintenance + Support plan.

With active Maintenance + Support
• Full technical support
• Free version updates
• Lower cost chargeable Edition and Printer Upgrade paths easily available
Without active Maintenance + Support
• Limited technical support – email only
• No free version updates
• Lower cost chargeable Edition and Printer Upgrades paths not available – the only option will be to purchase the latest full price Edition or Printer licence
