In Depth: Afinia L901 Premium Maintenance Contract
If your Afinia L901 printer is production critical and you want to ensure you achieve the maximum life expectancy and operational efficiency, we strongly recommend you have an on-site contract in place. Our Afinia 1-year maintenance contracts cover printers in or out of warranty and our agreement is to have an engineer on-site within 1-2 working days.
Included in our Afinia L901 premium maintenance cover:
- Up to 2 preventative maintenance service visits per year. During the service the printer will be cleaned internally and a full inspection of the machine will be carried out. The service visits must be requested.
- Up to 3 breakdown call outs per year.
- Remote technical support if applicable.
- All call outs are fulfilled by our Afinia trained specialist engineers.
This contract does not cover consumable parts or service station replacement. In Warranty contracts have part included if issues occur due to normal wear and tear, although this excludes consumable items and the printer service station. Excluding contracts bought with a new printer, this maintenance contract may be subject to a chargeable pre-contract inspection visit and any subsequent call-out placed within the first 10 working days of the contract will be chargeable.
If you are unsure if this is correct cover for you or you have a fault on a printer not covered by a contract, we cannot guarantee attendance within 1-2 working days but will aim to get an engineer to you as quickly as possible.
