The  Honeywell PD45 features smart printing capability, allowing users to configure and fine-tune settings without the need for a host computer. Applications can run directly within the printer, minimizing PC dependency and streamlining operations. Constructed with minimal internal mechanical parts and a robust all-metal frame, the PD45 boasts a sturdy, compact, and sleek design that withstands the rigors of industrial use. Its advanced performance is ensured by a sophisticated industrial print head supporting both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing modes. Honeywell’s patented dual sensor positioning technology ensures a minimum label height of 5mm and vertical position accuracy of 0.75mm. Dual adjustable pressure bars and double media guides provide precise paper feeding, preventing ribbon wrinkles and print defects.
