If your Afinia L301 printer is production critical and you want to ensure you achieve the maximum life expectancy and operational efficiency, we strongly recommend you have a maintenance contract in place. Our Afinia 1-year maintenance contracts cover printers in or out of warranty and our agreement is to have you printing again within 48-hours. This may either be a full workshop repair or fulfilled by a temporary loan printer.

This contract does not cover consumable parts. In Warranty contracts have part included if issues occur due to normal wear and tear, although this excludes consumable items. Excluding contracts bought with a new printer, this maintenance contract may be subject to a chargeable pre-contract inspection visit and any subsequent call-out placed within the first 10 working days of the contract will be chargeable.
If you are unsure if this is correct cover for you or you have a fault on a printer not covered by a contract, we cannot guarantee a 48-hour repair or offer a loan unit, but will aim to get your printer working again as quickly as possible.
