Non-contract, return to base workshop inspection. All spare parts and labour are chargeable and subject to quotation. Best endeavour fix. 1 – 2 week turn around.

The printer must be returned in the original box and packaging, if this is not available suitable alternative packaging must be used. Customers are responsible for inward carriage costs and full courier liability. Turnaround is normally 5 – 14 working days from receipt of printer. This is a workshop inspection only, no guaranteed fix.
