SATO has introduced a new mobile printer, the PW4NX, which combines the exceptional print quality and speed of our desktop printers with the convenience of mobility, allowing for easy operation anytime and anywhere. The printer is designed for ease of management and maintenance, whether on-site or remotely, ensuring minimal downtime for businesses.

The printer is not only user-friendly but also highly connectable, with a 2.4" colour display that provides an 80° viewing angle and playback of tutorial videos for setting up rolls and replacing parts. It is compatible with SOTI and SATO's SOS remote management and maintenance service, as well as Apple iOS, Linux, Android, and Windows. Sato Online Services, acting as a virtual customer engineer, monitors the printer 24/7 and immediately alerts users whenever a part or battery needs replacement. The printer's cloud monitoring services include battery asset management, device call function, temperature status indicator, and remote updates.
