The APLEX4 and B-EX4 solution is a complete self-contained label application system that is not only simple to use and integrate but also provides a low total cost of ownership.

Toshibas APLEX4 creates an off-the-shelf solution which needs no adaptions or re-designing to be implemented. Easy to maintain this ready-to-go solution enables in-line operation and increases the productivity of your assembly workflows.

APLEX4 Security Features:

• Pressure sensor to stop accidents
• Perimeter signal (instantaneous stop): prevents piston movement just in case of access to the enclosed work area
• Pressure regulator limited to six bars
• Sensor “presence of hand”
• The piston remains within the up position even if the air is closed

The ALPEX4 applicator is a “ready to go” plug & play systems with easy installation and configuration. The applicator comes standard with everything needed to function, tamp pad, air cleaner regulator, photocell, test button, to simplify the installation setting. The applicator can be set to use labels from the top, bottom or sides and at any rotation or angle required. Flexible label sizes from 25 x 25 mm to 116 x 200 mm can be used. The APLEX4 is designed to support all types of industrial environments, adapting easily to existing production lines.
