The Zebra ZD510 – HC is a reliable and speedy way to create durable wristbands with scannable codes suitable for use in any healthcare setting.  This model uses easy-load cartridges of antimicrobial-coated wristbands that can be printed for use with most major Admissions, Discharge and Transfer (ADT) systems. The Zebra ZD510 – HC has excellent connectivity (USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth and WiFi) and uses Zebra Link-OS and Zebra’s Print DNA suite of applications for easy integration, management and security. It can be used with easy-load cartridges of Zebra’s Z-band wristbands that are incredibly durable and antimicrobial-coated, and so simple to insert that your staff will need only very basic training to be up and running with this model.

Compatible with all leading ADT systems, this model can be used alongside Zebra’s Z-Band anti-microbial coated wristbands that offer up to six times more durability than competitor bands and can withstand repeated exposure to water, soaps, and common hand sanitisers. This durability helps to ensure that the identification barcode remains clearly scannable, even over longer hospital admissions.

This Zebra printer is easy to clean and sanitise and has a medical grade power supply (which is also ENERGY STAR qualified). Its dual-walled frame is made from impact resistant plastic, and its quiet operation means that it is ideal for use in healthcare spaces. The Zebra ZD510-HC offers ZPL and ZPLII programming languages, and can print barcodes, text and graphics at speeds of up to 4 inches per second.
