The Epson Colorworks C831 is an industrial high-speed high-volume colour label printer that has been designed for use in tough industrial environments. This is a durable and precise 8- pin tractor feed colour inkjet printer that prints wide format labels, and it is the first inkjet printer that has been approved to print labels on BS5609 label stock. Ideal for producing wide format GHS drum and chemical labels, the Epson Colorworks C831 can print at speeds of up to 103mm per second, and its precise label feed technology reduces the risk of jams and allows you to print crystal clear high density barcodes.

This model uses Epson’s excellent DURABrite pigment-based inks, which are exceptionally durable and won’t fade or smudge and are resistant to water and chemicals. As well as ensuring excellence in print outputs, Epson have designed this printer to be very easy to use and to maintain. A large LCD user screen has ink level and printer status updates visible. The printhead is permanent, there is easy access to all areas of the printer for fast maintenance and ink and label stock replenishment, and it features an automatic paper release for fast and efficient handling of paper jams. This hardy printer is also dust and water resistant.
