Premium
The ZQ600 Plus Printer Series sits within the premium category. Within this category there is the ZQ610 Plus, ZQ620 Plus and ZQ630 Plus. These printers are suitable for high volume printing requirements. They are powerful, drop resistant and user friendly. The different models have varying print widths. The ZQ610 Plus has a print width of 2in, the ZQ620 Plus is 3in and the ZQ630 Plus is 4in. The ZQ610 Plus and ZQ620 Plus have Healthcare versions which are made from disinfectant-ready plastics, these versions are suitable for use in healthcare environments for applications including mobile specimen collection and blood bank management.
Premium Rugged
The ZQ500 Printer Series sits within the premium rugged category, these are the most durable printers across the Zebra mobile printer range. Within this series there is the ZQ511 and ZQ521. These printers are built to be used in challenging environmental conditions. The printers can withstand repeated drops to concrete from 2m, they have an IP54 rating meaning they are protected from liquid and solid ingress and have a MIL-STD 810g certification for shock and drop. As these printers are designed for use out in the field they have large buttons and a user-friendly interface which makes the printers easy to use, even when wearing gloves. The ZQ511 has a print width of 3in whilst the ZQ521 has a print width of 4in.
Mid-Range
The ZQ300 Plus Printer Series sits within the mid-range category, these printers are designed for moderate volume requirements. Within this series there is the ZQ310 Plus which has an indoor and outdoor version and the ZQ320 Plus which also has an indoor and outdoor version. The ZQ310 Plus has a 1.89in print width and the ZQ320 Plus has a 2.83in print width.
Value
The ZQ200 series sits within the value category, these printers are Zebra’s smallest and most affordable mobile printer. These printers are designed for low volume requirements. Their small size and light weight makes them very easy to carry around. Within this series there is the ZQ210 and ZQ220 Plus. The ZQ210 has a print width of 2in and the ZQ220 Plus has a print width of 3in.
